No. Shipping to you is free on every piece.

Is each piece made for me?

Many pieces are made after you order. Any timing we show is an estimate, and you can follow your piece's progress from your order page.

Will my piece look exactly like the photo?

Natural materials vary a little from piece to piece. That variation is part of their character.

Can I return something?
